Sungai Bawang Cultural Village is located on the border of Kutai Kartanegara Regency and Samarinda City which is adjacent to the Pampang Cultural Village.
The Dayak Kenyah tribe has a livelihood as farmers and craftsmen. The unique culture and life of the people is very interesting to study.
After every harvest, the Dayak Kenyah tribe holds a harvest party which is held regularly every year. Every Christmas and New Year's Day, the Dayak Kenyah tribe organizes art performances and traditional dances, such as the Kacet Lasan dance, the Datu Jukut dance, and the War dance. Not only that, as a craftsman community, this tribal community also makes statues, bead crafts, and traditional Dayak Kenyah clothing that we can bring as souvenirs.
