As part of the locations module on the Luk-Luk Productions TV & Media Training Course we traveled to Tynemouth for a team building exercise with Adventurer and Mental Fitness coach, Polly Brennan.
Being an active member of the course, Polly took everyone on an adventure and provided an inspiring, healthy, and very exiting day.
