When Callan was a little kid, his godmother bought him a Harley-Davdison toy motorbike. It sparked his interest and eventual passion for motorcycles.

He’s built a number of vintage Japanese motorcycles and custom builds over the years, although a Harley-Davidson had eluded, until now.

With the budget to afford one and inspired by the 1970s Harley and Chopper scene, Callan bought a 2008 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom in what would be his first custom project with the manufacturer.

The bike uses fenders and gas tank from an 1973 Sportster, while Sideshow Cycles fabricated a custom sissy bar to complete the look.

Along with that, Poli Motor Trimming made a custom seat from the original seat pan, and Callan has also fitted a range of MotoGadget electronics as well as Kellerman indicators.
