What makes it - is not the substances, the people nor the environment -
Its the Awareness we give to it all

The intention setting is a creative process where you direct energy in certain way.

When you Aline this creative process with any activity - held in the Container of Awareness - these practices come into a Deep & Real State of Presences and that is for me a "Ceremony".
Together we transform any Ceremony into a - Ritual -

When I play, when I Surf, when I make Love, when I do a cucumber juice, when I shower, when I go to sleep, when I clean my teeth, when I meet someone ... every one of this moments can be, or can not be ...
It just dependes on our presences, on our awareness of Life.

This is a good way also to be grateful every time - cause everything can be so magical.
The only way it can loose this magic is when you automatize by doing what you know from the past trying to accomplish certain future without being aware and enjoying that Present.
This Present that is being a LIFE.
