BHC RHODES has designed over 100 fiber hut sites nationwide. Here in the Kansas City metro, we have designed more than 30 fiber hut locations in both Missouri and Kansas.

For each project, our team selected site locations and provided land surveying, civil engineering and utility work for each site. First our surveying team will perform a topographical survey to determine boundary lines, utility locations and easements and other necessary surveying services. BHC RHODES also provided property research and writing the legal description in support of the lease documents for the land under the hut sites.

Our Utilities design team then began designing the sites with special considerations for grading, drainage, retaining walls and any other permitting or due diligence required by the municipality.

Fiber huts play a key role in smart and connected cities. As an important piece of city infrastructure, each hut provides the needed capacity to meet the increasing bandwidth demands of users.
