Today I made for you besitos de coco, or Puerto Rican style coconut macaroons. This is a very easy and simple recipe. You will be amazed at how good they are!
Here are the ingredients:
5 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut (14.5 oz bag)
1 can of condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup of all purpose flour plus more for dusting the pan
Parchment paper to cover the baking sheet.
