Grayling fishing is becoming more and more popular with established competitions like the Hanak International and the Broadlands Grayling Classic. I was over the moon to be invited to the inaugural Welsh Grayling Cup. A pairs competition held in South Wales on the river Rhymney. So when the Trout season finishes many are turning to their fly tying vices and hunkering down for the Winter. Meanwhile hardier anglers are breaking out the Grayling tackle!
