Today I'm sharing one of my favorite recipes from the old Food Network show, The Sandwich King--Greek Tacos! This sandwich is a cross between a gyro and a taco and packs a ton of mediterranean flavor. ENJOY!

*I swapped out ground beef for lamb and omitted the red wine and fresh mint. Also, I didn't have Greek yogurt on hand, so I used sour cream and it tasted great!
