Finding TREASURES in an ABANDONED 1850s House! You WON'T Believe What's Inside

This large and somewhat unique abandoned house was built in the mid-1850s as a family home on 20 acres of property. During it later years, the house as well as the guest house that will be shown halfway through this video were used as a small charter school. When we explore the inside, you will notice exit lights, fire pull boxes, and other objects that you wouldn’t typically find in a home. Most likely code compliant adds when it was once a school. The previous owner of the property decided to sell it, and it was bought by a developer. What confuses me is the amount of stuff left behind. Paperwork is still on the desk, antiques and personal items everywhere. The developer let the property sit for a little bit before everything was demolished. Today, newer houses, much less unique, stand on this property. Typically, when I get to properties like this, especially owned by a developer, the house is trashed but this one was probably the first fresh vacant house I have been in.
