We’re excited to announce that Sanctuary will be collaborating with our friends at Shraddhā Yoga to once again offer Yoga Teacher Trainings at our beloved Northampton, MA studio. The 2024–2025 program offerings will include a 100-Hour Immersion, a 200-Hour Teacher Training, and a 300-Hour Teacher Training.

Shraddhā Yoga’s Corinne Andrews and Matthew Andrews have facilitated numerous teacher trainings over the years. Their programs are inspired by The Mother & Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga, Embodyoga®, Light Omega, and Arunachala Śiva. Each one unifies teachings from the yoga traditions to support the awakening and transformation of all layers of ourselves: body, mind, heart, and soul.

All programs begin October 2024, in-studio & online.
