New 6 panel vertical array dedicated to capture the morning sun & another 3 coming shortly for a whoppin' 105 panels. Mega power..... Yeah!
That's it tho, no more after these. I'm now generating all the power the system demands 1st thing in the morning, when it's sunny.
I attach the panels to the frame with 2 1/2" lowes torx head decking screws with a washer behind them. Without the washer, you could drive the screw in too far & hit the panel, not a good idea. Predrill the holes 1st to penetrate the aluminum frame with a bit half the width of the screws. Makes the attachment much easier.
