Ingredients for NUTELLA Stuffed Cookies:
10 tablespoon Nutella
150 g butter
200 g granulated sugar
50 g brown sugar
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
260 g all-purpose flour
6 tablespoon cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
50 g granulated sugar

Preparation:
1. Scoop out 10 tablespoon of Nutella on a plate with parchment paper
2. Place the plate in the freezer for about 30 min
3. in a small bowl melt the butter (You don’t want it to bubble)
4. Pour the melted butter into a big mixing bowl and let it cool down to room temperature
5. add the white sugar and brown sugar and whisk it together for 1 minute
6. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract and mix it in until combined
7. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt
8. Add the dry ingredients and mix it together until just combined
9. Place the cookie dough in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes
10. in a small bowl add white sugar and set aside
11. with a large scoop, scoop 75g of dough
12. Flatten out the cookie dough
13. place the frozen Nutella in the center of the cookie dough
14. Mold the dough around the Nutella
15. roll each cookie between your hands into a ball
16. dip the cookie in granulated sugar
17. Place the cookie dough balls on the baking tray
18. work fast so the Nutella doesn't thaw before adding them to each cookie dough ball
19. place the cookie dough in the freezer for 10 min
20. bake for 11-12 minutes
21. let them cool down on the baking tray
