Here are my suggestions on how to save greatly on groceries. I don't spend much on mine but still incorporate many high quality meats and wide range of colorful veggies in my diet. I share many tips and tricks but one of the best ways to save is to not waste any food at all. There's just too often forgotten food in the fridge or freezer and that amounts to huge sums wasted. You can do a food purge to help you gauge what you overbought and what you might have forgotten about in your pantry.
