Hi everyone,

For about a year, I've not been able to use my scooter. I've recently got two very large projects out of the way, and now I have time to play around like I used to.

A while ago, I diagnosed the problem to be a faulty cell (off camera). I replaced the cell, (off camera) but it still didn't work.

I determined that the BMS was faulty. I guess I could repair the actual BMS, but I bought a replacement BMS instead. I'm pretty sure the battery will work after replacing this.

In this video, I get up to the point of installing the new BMS, then stop, because I didn't understand the labelling of it. I understand it now though, and this will be the next video.
