Pound Cake
************

2 cups all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Oil
1cup sugar
3 large eggs room temperature
1/2 Cup yogurt or sour cream
½ cup whole milk room temperature

**(If making Lemon cake , then add 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice & 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest)
Glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoons whole milk/ water

Bake @350F in a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes ( time varies depending on oven & temperature) or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Mixed Vegetable
*******************
1 kg mixed vegetables cut into large pieces
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tabsp red chilli powder ( or to taste)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tablespoons coriander powder
1 tablespoons chopped ginger garlic
1 medium onion sliced
2 large tomatoes
1/4 cup oil

Sprinkle crushed cumin & coriander seeds on top when cooked.
Optional: add 1tabsp Achaar( pickle of choice)

Cilantro & green chillies to garnish
