On 9 February 2024, the humanitarian mission team led by Chief Executive Officer, Siti Sakinah binti Meor Omar Baki had distributed aid to Internally Displaced People (IDPs) at Al Rahim camp, Sheikh Bahar, Idlib, Syria. Muhammad Sattouf family was among 119 families who received food packs and fuel supplies under the 'Winter Aid' project.

Muhammad Sattouf has a mental disability that causes his hearing to be impaired and makes it difficult for him to speak. Meanwhile, his child has vision problems that make it difficult to read especially at school.

On 22 April, 2024, Syria Care representative has delivered a hearing aid to Muhammad Sattouf and specially ordered prescription glasses with prism lenses for his child.
