Welcome to my boat rebuild series on my 1983 20' Sea Ox.
Today is the day!! It's time to cut the deck. This is a huge mile stone for the build and I'm excited to finally accomplish it. However, I will say I made a lot of mistakes that I shouldn't have, and this could've been a much cleaner process if I wasn't rushing & didn't have an off day.
Addressing some of those mistakes:
I should've gotten the rigid insulation board
I should've had more accurate cuts, like I normally do
I should've left the plywood flat on the ground to avoid warping
And probably some more lol I addressed everything in the video
