Most of the time their problem is not an issue of speed but delayed movement. Launching off your left foot causes a delay in hand motion as players are trying to win using the component furthest away from the ball. A very easy fix is to not launch off the left foot as this is one of the main issues we see slowing guys down. Funny to have point out that you should move your hands first if you want them to be the fastest thing.
