"Food is the single strongest lever to optimize human health and environmental sustainability on Earth,” according to the EAT-Lancet Commission. Leveraging the food system to drive climate action can trigger critical change in which stakeholders collaborate to reduce emissions while advancing health and equity in the supply chain. Hear from city government officials, leaders in sustainable food procurement, as well as expert Harvard faculty across multiple disciplines and approaches, to learn how cities are translating research into new solutions that practitioners and policymakers can successfully implement.
