Quarry Hill in Leeds was an infamous area of slum housing and high crime rates in Victorian times. Between 1938 and 1978 it was the location of one of the most revolutionary housing schemes in Europe, Quarry Hill Flats. In the past there were even spas on Quarry Hill. This video uses old photographs, maps and current clips to tell the colourful story of Quarry Hill.
