On Jan 13, 2021 around 5 pm I ran across a family of panthers in the wild in the Florida Everglades by Fakahatchee Strand.
The sun was setting and it was raining so the video is a bit grainy, but after looking for panthers for about a decade who would of thought I would have seen five in one day. I was leaving the park and I happened upon on them as they were chasing an injured vulture and I didn't have time to set up a tripod so this was handheld with a 400mm lens. I was about 100 yards away. I stayed in the truck. :)
The fifth one I saw on the road about three miles away an hour earlier. It was about 200 yards away and hopped back in the bushes before I could get a shot off.
