RPG robotic spray booth with 100% SUS304 stainless steel construction. Inside paint booth is 6 axis robotic structure and 4 holders on turntable for automatic spraying. Spray gun holder is a special design on vertical moving guide be able to reach up to 600mm height on different areas spraying. Painting machine can be programmed to spray at fixed position continuously or sense spraying on specific area as per need.

Spraying is automatic PLC control, we only need to set start and end spraying position on touch screen for quick configuration. Machine then will automatic trace spraying by required motions.

The painting system is very flexible setup and could be deeply tailored to meet with specific production requirements.
