是古城长沙当之无愧的文化名片。而它之所以如此之辉煌，湖南大学岳麓书院教授邓洪波认为答案指向三个密码，第一个文化密码：传道济民的理想，第二个密码:求真求是的精神，第三个密码：敢于拼搏的勇气，三者加起来就是一座千年书院的辉煌。千余年来，岳麓书院一直是湖湘文化的精神内核，无数岳麓书院的学子以天下为己任，成为历史天空中的闪耀群星。
Yuelu Academy is the spiritual home of scholars, the symbol of Hunan culture and the cultural coordinates of Chinese civilization. It is a well-deserved cultural card of the ancient city of Changsha. Across the ancient and modern, it is a typical example of Chinese cultural and educational system innovation and a treasure of world culture. Professor Hongbo Deng of Yuelu Academy believes that there are three points in the Hunan cultural code summarized by Yuelu Academy. The first cultural code: the ideal of preaching and helping people. Hongbo Deng is a doctor of history, secondary professor and doctoral supervisor in yuelu academy. He works in the Yuelu Academy of hunan university for a long time. He is also a director of Chinese Academy of Ancient Books, director of the Institute of Collation of Ancient Books, director of China Siku Study Research Center, vice President of Chinese academy institute, college of Hunan province institute, vice President of academic periodicals , deputy editor of Chinese Academy, imperial editor of Chinese Siku Study, chief expert of national social science fund project "college literature and research in China" and chief expert of academy culture database, which is the research base of Chinese imperial chief expert of hunan province.
