Ingredients (3 - 4 servings):
250 g (8.8 oz) rigatoni pasta (durum wheat)
cooking al dente
50 g (1.5 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
100 g (3.5 oz) dried tomatoes
50 g (1.5 oz) hazelnuts
150 g ricotta
olive oil
Grind
olive oil
1 garlic clove, halved
200 g (7 oz) ground beef
Fry for 2-3 minutes and refine with the sauce

a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
50 g (1.7) grated mozzarella
