…in early 2022, i woke up.

not a moment before i’d created a life on the brink. one survival decision after the last, i careened into several experiences of modern success, ever-abandoning myself…and, over the decades, i became unmoored.

spiritually.
emotionally.
and on a hospital bed in north las vegas, mentally and physically.

today, i’m so grateful for all of it.
and with this vision, i offer the world my rendition of “amazing grace”.

the stories i offer here, and in the spirit of this vision are my truth. authentic, honest, and unfiltered. i give you access to my truth, not so that you can do as i do or did…but so that you can come to know yourself better. deeper.
