The Filipino Instant Pot Cookbook team, Romeo Chocolates, and Flipp Family collaborated to make this sweet event a reality. We had the pleasure of watching a couple Filipino treats be made in the Instant Pot!

Two authors who created the Filipino Instant Pot Cookbook showed us how to make ginataang bilo-bilo, which is sticky rice balls in sweet coconut cream. Ginataang bilo-bilo usually also has jackfruit, saba bananas, sweet potatoes, and MORE!

Romeo of Romeo Chocolates was our wonderful location host, and he created champorado for us in his Instant Pot! Champorado is also a sweet dish - a chocolate sticky rice porridge.

Flipp Family strikes again as our amazing event producer who organized this collaboration to bring our community together! Everyone had a blast learning how to use the Instant Pot, and we got DELECTABLE DESSERTS out of it too!
