GINISANG MONGGO WITH SOTANGHON

1 pack green monggo (252g)
3 pcs Kamatis / tomato
1 pc sibuyas / onion
4 cloves bawang / garlic
1 pc pork cubes
1/2 tbsp patis / soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mantika / cooking oil
1/4 kilo pork liempo
1 pack sotanghon
3 pcs siling haba / green long chili
spinach
salt and pepper to taste
