► SYNOPSIS 📖:
On November 20, 1845, near San Pedro, Buenos Aires, as the Anglo-French fleet moved up the Paraná river, it encountered an ingenious encirclement of boats chained and defended by a few boats and 2,000 men on land under the command of the General Lucio N. Mansilla, who defended the passage through the Paraná River by order of Governor Juan Manuel de Rosas.
