500ml. Oil for frying

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2tsp. pepper
2 medium Bell pepper
1 medium Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
2tbsp. Oil
3/4cup Pineapple juice
1 and 1/2tbsp. Sugar ( Optional )
1/2 Kitchup
1/2tbsp. Soy sauce
1tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4cup water
1cup Pineapple chunks
