*Observation of Difficulty:* It' hard even on Easy if you are in habit of taking damage.
You need to gather soldiers and aliens on stage 1 to make them fight each other, you just grab the weapons from the ground. Then go for the next alien "Gargantua", make sure you are far away from him and the next target to him is a soldier, but also make Gargantua visible on the field of view, if not, soldiers will aim at you instead of him. Gargantua kills all soldiers on any difficulty level. Just grab enough AR grenades and finish him off when soldiers are about to be depleted from the map. Next target: some remaining alien grunts, they can be rounded to make all their shots miss. Since this level requires perfection, with practice you can make it in one run on any difficulty.
If you don't know what to do, it might seem impossible to complete.
