Healthy treat for Kids or anyone :-) This Healthy Dark Chocolate Brownies is made with Chickpeas as the main ingredient making it a High Protein, Gluten Free Recipe.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 Cup boiled or canned Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Milk (Plant based or whole milk) at room temperature
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Sea Salt
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (or chopped chocolate)
Method:
1. Pre-heat Oven to 180C/350F
2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender apart from the chocolate chips. Grease the baking/brownie pan
3. Fold in the chocolate chips to the brownie batter and pour into the dish, smoothing the top.
4. Scatter a few of the chocolate chips to the top and gently press into the mixture - for presentation :-)
5. Bake for 20 minutes and then allow to cool for about 15-20 minutes before cutting into squares
