I picked up this copy of Mario's Picross 2 off of eBay, but the game isn't saving. The save battery inside the cartridge is very dead. We'll open up the game and replace the battery with replacements I purchased off of Amazon.


The save batteries in these older cartridges are in some cases over 30 years old. After time, they just run out of juice and stop saving. I'll walk you through the process of replacing these batteries so that you can continue to enjoy your old games.
