-Hello everyone I'm making a cheese roll with minced meat.
-I chop 3 garlic heads, one onion onion with a blender
-Combine 300 grams of minced meat with chopped onion, add black pepper, stir
-I grate 200 grams of cheese, add 3 eggs, stir
-I grease the baking paper with sunflower oil, spread the cheese mixture, bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees
-I take it out of the oven, put minced meat on the cheese, then Korean carrots as in the video, wrap them in a roll along with baking paper
-then I wrap it in foil, bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees
-I take it out of the oven, cut off the foil and baking paper, and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes
