This recipe is about how to make homemade fruit bread. It's so tasty that you will buy it store any more. It is soft, slightly sweet and studded with dried fruits. You can eat it just like that or with some butter!! So please make and enjoy with your family...YUM!!!
You Need

Flour- 2 Cups
Salt-1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar- 1/3 Cup (1/4 Cup if you want less sweet)
Melted butter- 1/4 Cup (Replace half the amount with any neutral oil if you want less fat )
Instant yeast- 1 Envelop (21 grams)or 2 1/2 teaspoons
Lukewarm Milk-3/4 Cup (Note- if the humidity of your place is high, do reduce the volume of milk accordingly. Start with 1/2 Cup of milk and add extra as per needed)
Egg-1
Dried Fruits-11/3 Cups
