After a KITLV workshop on Popular Culture in Jakarta the participants were guests at the famous 'Bukan Empat Mata' presented by Tukul at Trans 7. The theme of the show on 11 January 2011 was Dangdut. Bart Barendregt (researcher at KITLV) was invited by Tukul to take the floor after he named a famous Dangdut song.
