John measures a large high Amp Hour battery at 90% capacity, he then discharges it to 81% through a 100W load over 5min. Using the small array of high impedance 1.5v C/D (this is not clear) battery's in a series configuration to make up a +-14v battery, then recharges the large 100ah battery back to 90% using the pendulum in 5min.
