I have a TON to share with you in this video about how I organized my beta reader process! I wasn't anticipating having this much leg work to do to get everything set up, but I'm so glad I put in the extra effort. For me, as the writer, it's been a great way to recruit readers and collect their feedback. I've also gotten positive comments so far from the readers saying the experience was easy and well organized.

I'm sharing everything I did to get all this set up AND I'm happy to share the templates with you. There's a link below to a Google Drive Folder with templates for everything. Please copy or download whatever you like and customize to your heart's content.
