Equipment Needed: 3-5 lb dumbbells. This barre-inspired arm workout uses light weights and high volume! If it feels too heavy, or if you have to use the lower body in order to move the weights stop and drop to a lighter set of water bottles, soup cans, or even body weight! This workout is designed for all trimesters. Fair warning: this is challenging. As our body changes, we may need to lighten the load. You control the intensity with your weight selection. There are a few lower body exercises thrown into the mix - feel free to reduce the range of motion or take out the legs completely. This 10 minute high volume barreless workout will strengthen your upper body in minimal time! Be prepared to feel the burn.
