Rotten Peaches is a track from one of Elton John's earlier stuff. It comes from the album Madman Across The Water from 1971. The album was a modest succes, although it did peak at number 8 in the US.

The song was played live at TV shows at the time, and on tour with the three piece band consisting of Nigel Olsson, Dee Murray and Elton John. This version is inspired by BBC appearance from 1971.
