I am a Japanese fish shop.
We release fish how to cut and recipe.

tako sunomono is Japanese salad made with vinegar.

I am not good at English.
It is full of mistakes, but please forgive me.

-Ingredients-

100g octopus
1 cucumber
5 g dried seaweed
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
Ginger a little

Instructions;

1.Sprinkle salt on octopus and rub and wash
2.Rinse with water
3.Slice the cucumber thinly, shake salt and let it rest
4.Return dried wakame with water
5.Boil the octopus for 5 minutes
 ※If you slowly put it in hot water, it will boil beautifully
6.After boiling, cool the octopus with ice water
7.Mix vinegar, soy sauce and sugar
8.Squeeze the cucumbers and seaweed
9.Cut wakame into smaller pieces
10.Slice octopus
11.Mix all ingredients
12.Complete with ginger
