Ingredients:

500 grams of squid
15 curly red chilies
15 bird's eye chilies
1 tomato
1 piece of ginger
6 cloves of garlic
8 shallots
Kaffir lime leaves
Lemongrass
Salt
Sugar
Powdered broth
Ground pepper (optional)
If you want it spicier, you can add more chilies.

Tips:

To prevent the squid from smelling fishy, rinse it with lime juice after washing, then let it sit for at least 30 minutes before rinsing again and cooking.
To keep the squid from becoming tough, fry the squid briefly and do not cook it for too long.
