To celebrate Stash Hub's first birthday, I'm hosting a Stash Chats extravaganza all week! Each night I'll be talking to a different Sewing Bee alumni. Catch the episodes live on our Instagram   / stash_hub  

Lauren has such a chic style, favouring high quality plain fabrics and taking inspiration from fashion pieces. We talked about how sewing enables makers to express their own style in a garment and how different they can look depending on fabric choices and hacks. There was also plenty of chat about the Sewing Bee experience and how Lauren unexpectedly loved the transformation challenge as it was a chance to really unleash her creativity.

Next episode we will be joined by Lawratu, who was part of The Great British Sewing Bee, series 7 in 2021. I'm excited to hear about her sewing experience since the Bee and also about her new business selling lingerie making supplies.
