Made fluffy and sweet buns with different vegetables ♥ its shape is same as a Chinese hydrangea ball which used in marriage in ancient time(绣球) Hope you enjoy ♥

For a yield of 8 buns!
Ingredients:
8g Active dry yeast (2g /color dough)
800g All purpose flour(200g/color dough)
100g Milk
5g Sugar
2g Baking powder (Optional)
15g Oil
Some Spinach, Carrot/Squash, Purple Cabbage

Instructions:
1. Add the yeast, sugar and warm milk into a flour bowl and mix
2. Knead the dough until smooth
3. Juice the vegetables
4. Make 3 other colors dough just like white dough(vegetable juice instead of milk)
5. Knead the dough until smooth
6. Divide the dough into 4 same size pieces
7. Knead them into rope shape
8. Form the shape
9. Place the buns in the steamer without heat at least 30mins until the buns to be double size
10. Steam for 15-20 mins then turn off the heat
11. Leave them in the steamer for 5-10 minutes then lift the lid
14. Enjoy!
