Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts, about 750g
Tenderstem broccoli, 320g
Oil for cooking

Chicken Marinade:
Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Sugar, 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
Rice vinegar, 1 tsp
Baking soda, 1 tsp
Cornstarch, 2 tbsp
Water, 2 tbsp
Oil, 1 tbsp

Stir-fry broccoli:
Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar, about 1/2 tsp
Some water

Cooking the chicken:
Oil, about 2 tbsp
1 Shallot, diced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
4-5 Dry red chilies
Chili flakes, 1/2 tsp or to taste
Water, 1/4 cup/add more if needed
Salt to taste
Sugar, 1/4 tsp
Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Rice vinegar, 1 tsp
Sesame oil, 1tsp
1 Red chili pepper, chopped
Adjust Salt and seasonings as per your taste
