※ Put every ingredients except starch, boil it in 130~132ºC. Pour it in a paper cup in half, and cool it.
You must have thermometer and boil it in middle-heat for 15~20 mins. (Check with thermometer, not time)

※ With this recipe, you can make 16384 strands of honey thread for 4 times. I am not sure about the number of Dragon's Beard Candy but I guess you can make more than 10.

The most important thing is temperature of batter. The best temperature of a batter is little bit warmer than your hands. And also, if you make a hole in the middle of it, it has to show a hole when you try 3 or 4 times.

※ I used bean and peanut powder, sesame, black sesame, but you can put anything you want! It's up to you. For rolling part, you can use your hand, too!

※ t can't be chewed but placed under the tongue. After melting in your mouth, chew it like a caramel with nuts.

※I told 4 - 8 strands in the video but actually it was 2-4 strands lol Sorry! My bad!

Ingredients
*4 Batter (You can make honey strands for 4 times)

*Measuring on scale
Sugar 433g
Water 240g
Starch Syrup 85g
Vinegar 1/2 tsp (2g)
Corn starch or potato starch

*Measuring on paper cup
Sugar 3cups
Water 1 1/2 cups
Starch syrup 2/5 cup
Vinegar 2 tsp
Corn starch or potato starch
(If you have a scale, use it when you measure.)

food coloring (You can pass this part.)
Nuts
Paper cups
Thermometer
Sanitary gloves, Pots
