This is the story of Gabe Oderberg, a gifted athlete whose life ended too soon. A star athlete, and a deep thinker, Gabe graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver and received a scholarship to play football at the University of Colorado. A devastating injury ended his playing career, and it was apparent to all that knew him, that he was never the same after that. in the end, Gabe took his own life. This short film is dedicated to the Oderberg family, and to athletes everywhere who deal with pain and the singular stresses and challenges of the athlete's life.
