This video shows the journey of baby rabbits, called kits, from their day of birth when I first found them in my rabbit's pen, through to 4 weeks of age.

These babies were the offspring of a Hotot Dwarf Rabbit mother, and a Lionhead cross (not full Lionhead) father. Two of them have their Mom's unique black eye ring. One is completely black in color which I believe comes through the father. They all seem to have something of a puffy mane face, which is a Lionhead trait.

They are born without fur, but their fur comes in quickly. They are born with eyes closed, and their eyes remain closed for about the first 10-12 days. Once their eyes open, their adventures begin, as they start venturing out of their nest and around their enclosure.

Around 2 to 3 weeks of age, they start eating solid food, but their mother feeds them her milk in twice a day short feedings, generally until at least 4 weeks of age, sometimes longer.
