影片一半使用沙葛馅料 - Half of the dumplings are made of Yam Bean filling

配料: Ingredients:( 12~14粒的馅料12~14 pcs of filling)
一 个鸡腿(却碎) - 1 drumsticks(But broken)
2粒小葱头 - 2 shallots
1湯匙蒜米 - 1 tbsp garlic
少许鹽 - dash of salt
少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
½ 茶匙蔗糖 - ½ tsp Sucrose
1湯匙蚝油 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
1湯匙油(腌制肉类)- 1 tbsp Oil (To marinate meat)
1 湯匙玉米粉 - 1 tbsp corn flour
少许酱油 - dash of soy sauce
4湯匙油 - 4 tbsp Oil

皮料:Skin :( 25~28粒 - 25~28 pcs)
125克 澄粉 - 125 g Wheat Starch
50克 木薯粉- 50 g tapioca flour
40克 糯米粉 - 40 g glutinous rice flour
250~275ml 滚烫水 - 250~275ml hot water
1湯匙油 - 1 tbsp Oil

小鸡装饰:Decoration for the chick
两片红萝卜 - 2 slices of carrot
少许黑芝麻 - dash of Black Sesame Seeds
