The government of Ghana has procured new trains for railway transport in the country.
The first units of 12 modern trains for Ghana Railways are to operate regional and long-distance lines and are expected to arrive from Poland by mid-next month.

Ghana's Deputy Information Minister Fatimatu Abubakar on Friday (19 January) shared pictures of the train on her X to confirm the news.
