Recipe
For the test
250 ml kefir (or sour milk)
7 gr dry yeast (20 gr pressed)
40 gr sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
90 g butter (or margarine for baking)
500-520 gr flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil

For filling
500 gr cabbage
2-3 medium carrots
2 medium onions
150 ml tomato
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
